Class Descriptions:

Les Mills® Body Pump™ – A rapid fat burning class that uses barbells to give you the faster way to tone and condition muscles! After an exhaustive study, BODYPUMP™ was verified by the University of Auckland for providing the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class.

Les Mills® Body Combat™ – An empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

Zumba® – Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. Ditch the workout, join the party!.

Yoga – Enhances your flexibility and strength while moving through a variety of poses using deep breathing and facilitating a relaxation response in both mind and body. Yoga is highly effective for training good posture and strengthening all the muscles in the body, most specifically the abdominals, back and hips.

Spin® – A fast-paced hour that focused on improving cardiovascular endurance on a stationary bike. All fitness levels welcome.

T.C.B. (Total Body Conditioning) – Ignite your metabolism with this hybrid variety class. It pushes the healthy boundaries of various styles of cardio and strength training to spur results. This class is great for all fitness levels as appropriate modifications will be shown.

Cardio Fusion – An aerobics class designed to accommodate every Body and every fitness level. This class will “fuse” together different cardio exercises to provide a diverse, challenging and fun workout. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, new to aerobics, getting back in shape or a mature fitness enthusiast, this class will take your aerobic training to a new level. ALL LEVELS.

Body and Balance – Revitalize your mind and body with a class designed to improve your balance and flexibility through a variety of stretches, poses, and movements. These exercises will help your body recover from the mid-week burnout to finish the week out strong. Any and all fitness levels welcome!
