Class Descriptions:

Les Mills® Body Pump™ – A rapid fat burning class that uses barbells to give you the faster way to tone and condition muscles! After an exhaustive study, BODYPUMP™ was verified by the University of Auckland for providing the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class.

Les Mills® Body Combat™ – An empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi, and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick, and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

Zumba® – Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-Inspired, calorie-burning, dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. Ditch the workout, join the party!

Spin® – A fast-paced hour that focuses on improving cardiovascular endurance on a stationary bike. All fitness levels welcome.

SilverSneakers® – Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance.
